I’ve been racking my brains as to an experience within the last coupla months – and I can’t think of a single time when I’ve had to stand up for myself. Isn’t that good!

Rarely do i make a complaint 3 years ago

i find it REALLY hard 2 make a complaint or even just 2 take things back 2 the shop i bought them from, bcos they r faulty or they don’t fit properly!
