A few nights ago I was sleeping, and I suddenly thought “wait, I’m dreaming,” but it was really strange, I felt like I was dreaming but I was awake, so I’m not sure it counts completely. I’m marking this as done when I manage to control my dreams.
By the way, does anyone know anything about astral travel, and how much of a legend it is?

all the time. As in, ALL the time. I used to think that everyone could control their dreams, and was really surprised when I found out they couldn’t. I found it odd that people’s nightmares were of actual SCARY things – my idea of a nightmare was a dream I couldn’t control.
And then it just sort of… faded away. Now it happens basically never, which is a shame, cause I really live in my own world in my head – it would be nice to have control over it!
I keep a dream journal, should probably write in it on a more regular basis.
I sometimes know, to an extent, that I’m dreaming, but can still not control what happens, which is slightly infuriating, cause I cant make myself wake up either.
I guess if people can relearn how to walk, I can relearn to dream :)
