I have gotten to the point where I have two designers sort of steadily giving me programming work (www.irondaisy.com and www.passkontroll.com).

In order to be more sucessful at this I need to:
redesign my portfolio site: www.hlinak.com
learn to write better proposals
get new business cards
develop a larger, or better paying, pool of clients
