Right now I can run 4 miles if I push it. 3 miles is what I run a few times a week. I started running this past summer and I have gone from barely being able to run a mile to 4. I still have a lot more to go, but I know I can do it. I like running outside, and It’s been hard to do this winter with all the snow and rain:( Come spring time, I’ll be ready!
