1 cup of Lipton tea (so very almost civilized, thanks).
2 pieces of whole-fucking-wheat toast, baby – with butter, and iSnack2.0 which is the new dorky name for the new Vegemite.
1 hot donut with a hot jam enema (the unlucky donut) at the Sunday market with LL.
.5 toasted sandwich with ham, cheese and tomato and a latte (LL’s chai latte was better though).
1 plate of yam and potato mash and lightly killed chicken in herbs and olive oil with steamed carrots.
6 digestive biscuits.

20 ounces of banana smoothie with

oh, gee! yoghurt.
2 not-quite-as-snobby-as-my-normal
snobby-endurance-athlete vitamins.
1 demitasse of espresso with a smidgeon
of hot water and a raw sugar.
Oh, crap! Better run to meet LL
for lunch so we can laugh and generally
act goofy. Lamb kebabs hopefully!

1 trip to the market with LL – she
was examining sunblock and I was
examining Aussie condoms with funny
names and sultry women draped over
the packaging.
Lots of water – it’s 90F! I went
for a 10K road/trail run Saturday
evening and startled a black rock
wallaby which was in the middle of
the trail. It was like a huge rat/rabbit
and thumped away heavily into the
brush. My heart was beating hard – not
from fear but from the outre-ness
of it all mixed with jet-lag.
1 glass of lemon-barley cordial with
soda water and ice.
And.. chicken stir-fry with broccoli.

forced through a French press and
consumed whilst sitting in my underwear
and stretching.

1 16 ounce mug of organic Peruvian leaping juice.
1 trip to the post office to pick up my passport.
1 20 ounce Supergreen Vita Whey smoothie with fresh scrunched apple cider, an innocent banana (Who? me?!) 3 tablespoons of yøghurt, and 4 frozen depressed blueberries. I pressed pulse on the blender and jumped up and down singing “Ding-dong the witch is dead/The wicked witch..”
