After a few weeks off, I got back in the saddle and went to the gym. I’m taking things slowly, but I brought a book and rode the bike for awhile. Perhaps not the most intense workout, but it also moves me forward on reading more books. My biggest issue with any of these goals is that I don’t make the time to accomplish them. Multi-tasking may not be the best way to do either, but moving forward in baby steps is the best thing that I can do.
