I have put on the freshman 15.
For the past couple weeks I’ve been going to the gym or running at least 2 miles 4-5 times a week.
I don’t think I’m losing any weight yet, but probably gaining muscle. But then again, I don’t have a scale here with me in college. I’d like to slim down and fit into my skinny jeans again, or at least look decent in a two piece again.
