Have been doing this much more often. The goal is for my husband and I to exercise 3 times a week. We’re averaging 2 right now, but that’s still pretty good. We went on a 15 mile bike ride yesterday. And although my goal has been to be healthier, not to lose weight, people have been commenting that I look like I’ve lost weight. So that’s a nice bonus.
