i found this on some website
and i was considering following it:

From nought to 30 minutes in 8 weeks
  • Week 1 Run one min, walk 90 seconds. Repeat eight times. Do three times a week.
  • Week 2 Run two mins, walk one min. Repeat seven times. Do three times a week.
  • Week 3 Run three mins walk one mins. Repeat six times. Do three times a week.
  • Week 4 Run five mins, walk two mins. Repeat four times. Do three times a week.
  • Week 5 Run eight mins, walk two mins. Repeat three times. Do three times a week.
  • Week 6 Run 12 mins, walk one min. Repeat three times. Do three times a week.
  • Week 7 Run 15 mins, walk one min, Run fifteen mins. Do three times a week
  • Week 8 Run 30 mins continuously.

i thought it sounded good and not too difficult.
it advises to do it 3 times a week
which i can easily manage.

went for a walk this evening
and
i even ran for a bit of it!
only for like, 2 minutes
but yeah
i am very unfit
like insanely
so i will build it up
but this evening after getting back,
i ate sooooo so much
it’s awful

day 1 of new diet
i have eaten quite well today
eaten a fair amount this morning
but not had lunch as i’m not hungry
so yeah
may make up for it.
i was going to do all the exercise dvd
but was so out of puff after about half an hour
i gave up.
i may do the rest of it tonight.

I’ve found that when i do lunges or anything
my left knee clicks…
it doesn’t hurt, it’s just annoying.
how can i stop it?

i am, what they call:
FAILING
at this diet
so i am starting again tomorrow
and i actually need to stick at it!
i shall start afresh
eat more fruit.
i want to do the atkins,
i know ma and pa won’t let me.
what is actually wrong with the atkins diet?

was going to restart diet today
but i’ve already screwed up
so yeah
it is annoying
i guess it would make more sense
to start tomorrow
as it’ll be the beginning of the week!

was only going to have an apple for brekkie
but ended up having a small baguette too
so i guess i won’t have lunch…
and i have to stay around a teacher’s house tomorrow
because of exams clashes
whoop
and apparently we’re going to have fish and chips
makes me cross it really does
and the cleaner’s coming round today
so i won’t be able to do my exercise dvd!!

when any of you peeps watch St Trinians
does it give you the urge to lose weight?
because i have just watched it
and i am seriously motivated now.
sounds slightly weird, i know
but hey
they’re all so skinny and pretty

ate too much again
and did no exercise
so i failed
again
i won’t weigh myself until next week
because i don’t want to be disappointed again.
tomorrow i am going to eat less
and go for a walk along the sea-front
should be good fun!
better than revision anyway…

i should really do some exercise

found out dancing show costumes
nooot good
skin tight leotards
and fringe skirt
i quite like my legs so
the skirt bit is no problem
it’s the leotard i hate!!
the show is in July
so i have two months.
is it possible to drop 2 dress sizes in 2 months?
if so, how!?
all help would be appreciated!
