what can only be defined as
pissed off
I put on 3lbs this week
the 3lbs i lost last week!
it’s my own fault for eating so much crap
but hey
it’s still annoying!
re-starting today
no day-off for me this weekend!!

hope you all did better than me!

but yeah
got sunburnt too
and it was parents’ evening at school
and i cried
and it’s just so embarrassing!!
but yeah
i seriously need to diet well
and exercise well
and ACTUALLY START REVISING AS I HAVE A EXAM ON TUESDAY!

i hate my life right now
i try really hard on my english coursework
and i get a D
i try really hard in ICT
and i get a C
i’m going to fail French
and i am going to fail German
and i just feel like shit!!!
(sorry about the swearing)
i’m just too lazy to do any work
and i just want to do well!
being surrounded by people who
get upset if they don’t get an A doesn’t help.
i can’t help but think
“is it all worth it?”
should i really be working my arse off
(even though i’m not)
just to get good grades
when i’m not destined to anyway?

i keep saying that it’s going to be my last day of pigging out
and it never happens!
i was doing soooo well at achool today
and ate something this morning on the bus
(about 8-ish)
and managed not to eat until i got home (about 2-ish)
but when i ate, my god i ate!
is there any easy way of not binging or something?
because i do want to lose weight this week
i just doubt i will!
and it makes me upset when i don’t lose!

and am now all hot and sweaty!

today has to be the last day of pigging out
so i am going to make the most of it.
i’m going to go and grab the Nutella
and a spoon and sit and watch Doctor Who.

totally messed up on my diet over the passed 2 days. :( i usually have the day off on a saturday, but yesterday and today i’ve messed up on too. oh well =]



oh yeah! 20 months ago

3lbs off this week.
am now 11st!
that’s 20lbs in total
and yet i haven’t changed clothes size
it’s just so annoying!

although i had a week off my diet
i still managed to lose weight
but i;m just going to tone down the amount i eat
abd up the amount of exercise i do.

and still lost weight by the end of the week
