and it was parents’ evening at school
and i cried
and it’s just so embarrassing!!

i seriously need to diet well
and exercise well
and ACTUALLY START REVISING AS I HAVE A EXAM ON TUESDAY!

i try really hard on my english coursework
and i get a D
i try really hard in ICT

i’m going to fail French
and i am going to fail German

and it never happens!
i was doing soooo well at achool today
and ate something this morning on the bus
(about 8-ish)
and managed not to eat until i got home (about 2-ish)
but when i ate, my god i ate!
is there any easy way of not binging or something?
because i do want to lose weight this week
i just doubt i will!
and it makes me upset when i don’t lose!

totally messed up on my diet over the passed 2 days. :( i usually have the day off on a saturday, but yesterday and today i’ve messed up on too. oh well =]
3lbs off this week.
am now 11st!
that’s 20lbs in total
and yet i haven’t changed clothes size
it’s just so annoying!
although i had a week off my diet
i still managed to lose weight
but i;m just going to tone down the amount i eat
abd up the amount of exercise i do.
