create a will

got the paper work & have started to fill it out. We talked about who would take our kids & all..I’ve just to return them to the lawyer, return to sign final copies & I can check this done! :)

I’ve already met up with the lawyer & hubby and I were discussing our options last night…as far as the kids go. The rest is minor stuff. I wanted to cry thinking about it. Obviously I hope it never has to come to it, I can’t imagine my kids having to grow up with out mom & dad how hard it would be. Makes me realize I need to take better control of my life so we never have to worry about this, but it will be there god forbid. :(

Now that we’re finally married, we can get this taken care of. I have legal care services available to me through my work. I’ve already skimmed the list of lawyers available to me and have a few I can call. It’s covered by my employer so really there is no reason other than laziness for putting this off. Being parents of small children, it’s important to have this done should anything happen to us. I refuse to go another year without getting this taken care of. It will be done before this year is over!

we will be taking care of this once & for all. It will be good to have it done & not have it lingering in the back of my head…those “what if’s” suck!

will be checked off my list this year. I already know what I want done…it will be easy and simple…should take no time at all.

I have an appointment with a lawyer. He’s doing some paperwork for me & he said 15 minutes of my time & he could help me take care of this goal :] Im so excited to have this finally complete!

the name of the family law lawyer I used in my divorce. He wanted me to prepare a will before…but we never got around to it. So Ill call him tomorrow and set up an appointment with him :]

I have a wonderful family law lawyer…I will be calling him in January to set an appointment to get this done. I havent talked with my fiance about it yet…he’s not the type to talk about stuff like this. It’s “morbid” or “not gonna happen yet” you know…not stuff we gotta worry about now. But Im going todo it. Just in case…

being a mother this is something that should NOT be put off. I have to for the kids sake. I have to make sure my rugrats are taken care of :)
