save $20 from each pay check for our trip

Although the trip then & the trip now are totally different…Its still the same goal :) this trip is set for Oct…24th to be exact :)

So Im thinking we may do a 3 day trip out to Disney & California Adventure & then do 2 or 3 days in Lake Tahoe. I found some REALLY cute lil condos for rent in Tahoe & the older kids LOVE the idea of going to the snow. Jacob says YEAH lets go but he’d say that if we were going to the pet store. Ian won’t care & the baby could care less. It sounds fun & semi relaxing. I like the idea…I may just roll with it.

I’ve not been doing so well at this. Ill need to make it up otherwise…sighs ew.

should be around $780 dollars. Should we save the way Ive planned. I am VERY tempted to just up it to $25 a pay period but if gas prices go back up then that may be a no go. I figure if thats just SAVED extra spending and doesn’t include whats the kids save as THEIR spending money (in coins) and it doesn’t include my check while on vacation we should be set. The entire vacation will be paid off before we go so nothing will need to be paid. So spending money is all we need to think about. Im so excited and the deals all over the place are getting better and better!

3 different goals attached. Starting in July Ill save $20 from each paycheck…so roughly $80 a paycheck unless hubby get’s an extra week in. Will be saving again til march 15th…and that will be EXTRA spending money for us all. :] I want this to be a worry free vacation. No second thoughts on buying that stupid shirt that costs an obnoxious amount of money. I want my family to have it all this trip…considering this is our first REAL vacation. :] I am so excited! Thank goodness I work for a company that gets good discounts on damn near everything. :P
