... regular sleep schedule, but I’m waking up at 10-10:30. This is way too late for some jobs. I’m pretty sure it’s because of my night medication, so I’ll try to adjust what time I take that.

Fell off the wagon last night, after a (relatively) long day at work. I also didn’t have my blanket for part of the night, so I’m not sure how much I actually slept.
Did a bunch of stuff yesterday, so when I got home I was out cold by 11:00. I wanted to brush my teeth, floss, and maybe play video games, but I was so tired that I couldn’t get out of bed. Just went to sleep.
I was doing well until last night. Stayed up until 2:30. Not cool. I’m up at 9:15, though, so I’m off to a reasonable start.
... got to sleep late, something like 1:30. Still kind of earlier than usual. Woke around 11:30. Clearly making some progress.
.. I’m beginning to think the main sleep problem I have is sleep apnea. I’m thinking that, since I can’t afford the diagnostics and equipment required to use a CPAP, I can try to open up my nasal passage, which may be occluded because I have a deviated septum.
I’ll see if maybe some BreathRite strips will work.
