Become a "James Bond" style criminal mastermind by the time I'm 50

Mine is to become an evil criminal matermind by the time I’m 50.
I don’t ask for a lot, just the opportunity to hold the world to ransom from a secret underground lair (with monorail), have some interesting henchmen to do my bidding, and generally run around with guns.
