well i did it for today! maybe i’ll do some more sit ups later too it’s only like 8:20 here, i have the whole night. i think this is gonna help me a lott i feel so good :]

yeah i’m gonna start doing this today, maybe even more. i used to do atleast 20 everyday before bed, but i want to get toned because summer is coming up and i don’t want to look flabby. so yeah i actually don’t think this is too hard either, i did 50 in between one TV commercial a couple nights ago. well good luck everyone :]]]
