I’m trying to eliminate aspartame and other artificial sweeteners from my diet. I’m also eating the “whole” food.

I can keep up healthy eating for about two weeks, and then something happens and I just snap. I eat all the junk I possibly can, gain some weight, and then start over with my healthy eating the next week. I may have been repeating this nasty cycle for a while, but it’s not really working right now.
I have such an easy time eating well over the week, but then as soon as it’s Friday night and all my friends are pigging out I seem to have no self-control. I need to fix this.
i need to stop eating junk through-out the day..and start bring sandwiches for lunch again.
Everytime I start eating really healthy i can only keep it up for about two weeks. Then i just start getting cravings for everything around me. I eat like that for about two weeks, then start my healthy regimen all over again.grr.
