Getting a sparrow tattoo in about two weeks.
Did some research.
Sparrows always return home.
Sailors would get tattoos, to represent that they would always come back.
And if they died, the sparrow was supposed to carry them home.
Birds represent freedom to me.
This trip is all about freedom and exploration.
Jeffers is going to draw it for me.
Sam and I are going to evolution in Kidlington.
Stoked.
so i’m in europe and this is a fantastic time. kind of want to get one, just so i can be like “yeah, got this in europe…”
At my grandma’s funeral, a copy of a letter she wrote to the family was printed on the back of the program (I guess that’s what you’d call it… not really sure). Anyway, at the end of it, she left a Bible verse. I want to get the address tattooed on my wrist as a sort of tribute to her and to remind myself of those words she left for us…
Romans 15:4 “For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through endurance and the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.”
