i went to the gym last week and worked out everyday except sunday. wow! it made me feel good about myself. i wasnt as grumpy, insecure as the past few weeks. maybe because i didnt have much idle time to worry about little things. im glad i made it. i love the experience :)

i do biking, situps everyday. if i get bored with cycling, i exercise using the jumping rope. i bought a magazine and follow the sets of exercises found there. i have one favorite where u lay on the floor, face facing down like doing push ups, then u gonna push ur body up focusing on the abs. it feels great especially on the stomach. :)
