I skipped last training because I didn’t feel like going. It’s not that I compeltely don’t want to go anymore I just wasn’t in the mood. I have to accept that I won’t be ableto/want to go 100% of the trainings. It’s wednesday now, so training tonight and I’ll be going :)
Btw, I quit smoking 6 days ago, so aside from training hard, this will also greatly improve my condition :)

I’m still going to training, been 3 times now and I’m already feeling that my condition is increasing. I’m not able to follow an entire training yet without having to go to the side a couple of times but that shouldn’t be a problem anymore in a couple of weeks.

So I went again yesterday … it was a hard training but I’m not quiting this time. Still stiff and I’m feeling a lot of muscles I didn’t even realise I had but it’s going well. :)

I went to training on wednesday! My condition isn’t very good so I had to quit a few times for a couple of minutes but then I was able to go on again. Not bad if I say so myself. My friend said if I keep it up for 2 months my condition will be hugely better by then. Anyway, i felt good afterwards … next training in 2 days! :)

A friend of mine has a sportsclub (self defense) and he has been bugging me for years to join. I actuallly joined 2 years ago but only went 2 times. I liked it but couldn’t get myself to keep going.
The follwoing training is in 2 days and I already told my friend I would come as an extra factor to actually go :)
