I get up at 4:30 am to jog now. Trying to give myself time to both jog and work out in the morning. It’s nice and quiet- and I saw a coyote when I was out running. Neat stuff goes on in the early predawn hours…
I’m down to the 109 mark (up and down 2 pounds- mostly up, lol) like I wanted to be. Now I just gotta firm up a little. Feels good to slide right into my skinny jeans and find them loose! I need to lift weights and focus on my butt and gut more. I do some upper body lifting but I need a regular routine. A quick 10 or fifteen minute thing. I run every morning but I don’t have time to work out for 2 hours afterward like I used to. sigh~ guess if I want it to happen I’ll MAKE time. Like I’ve made time for everything else. No wonder there doesn’t seem to be enough hours in the day! lol :)
For the month of November I have sworn off sugar and am walking 5 days a week, 40 minutes a day on the treadmill at various speeds, with and without incline. I bet I’ve lost 2 pounds already just getting rid of the sugar and it’s only 1 week into the month.
For someone who is addicted to exercise, it sure is hard to be out of shape like this. I really need for life to settle down and get into a routine. I know we have just moved but I need things to settle in.
