I’m gonna try lavander tea for a good sleep. I hope it helps. They say that I should drink it 2 hours after the dinner. This cure is originally for acnes, liver problems and skin problems but I heard that lavender also makes you relax.
As I have both skin and sleep problems, I’ll give it a try.
Here is the receipt:
Take 4-5 grams of lavender and keep them in 300ml boiling water for 10 minutes (no more than 15 min!) Do this under light fire. After stopping the fire, filter the tea before it gets cooler. Then wait for the filtered tea until it gets cool. Then drink a glass of this tea minimum 2 hours after your dinner. You have to prepare this tea daily and for 15 days long. Do not add anything inside this tea(like sugar, etc.).
If you have liver problems or Hepatit-B or C, you have to keep the tea under fire for 15 minutes, not 10.
