break ties with a damaging person

this is a family affair and it will take time to see what the fallout is. I think I’ve done the right thing by me and that’s the most important thing.

i wrote the letter and delivered it. I collected the last of the important things of mine at the same time.

I still haven’t fully breathed out after this one. The reality of it is still sinking in. Mostly sad emotions but I remind myself that this is a liberating move that gives me freedom to move forward.

I’m not going to go into details on this one… too personal. It needs to be done for the sake of my own health and future happiness. It is a grief-inducing thing to do but there is no other way… putting up will only cause worse and longer lasting feelings of anger, depression and anxiety.
