Muay Thai

I am actually pretty excited about starting thai boxing. I have done some fitness boxing earlier. Today we had the first introduction lesson for all the martial arts, and Thursday we will have our first thai boxing lessons.

I think this will be fun! I just hope I won’t get the back eye right away :D



Joined Cross Training center this week

And today I had first Cross Training Mix lesson and it was quite awesome. I really hope that I will get some good results with this thing. I still have some weight to lose and I want to be in better shape overall.



Bought another 3 months for gym

I will start after our trip. :) Maybe I will get in shape before summer after all.



I had nice 3 months at gym

and now I should pay more attention at home. I got as birthday present a 10 times card to pole dance studio (the same where I have gone earlier). Today I visited one gym and got offer, but I think it’s still too expensive since I don’t have a job. However I got 2 times free card :)

The pole is back up at home and my plan is to do something (almost) daily.



The gym card expired yesterday

I am glad that I used it so much (mostly thanks to my new friend O.) but I am a bit disappointed that I couldn’t see much results after my hard work. I wonder how long it takes to get some results? I did managed to loose a bit weight. Though less than I hoped. And I still cannot fit into my jeans.

Tomorrow me, O. and her friend (who actually have the same name than me, heh) will go check a new gym and participate their Bodypump class. If we like the place, we will buy 2 months card next monday. This gym sounds promising cos they don’t require a year long membership and it’s much cheaper than others.

Even though I have got more stamina for all this exercise, my body also feels quite exhausted. I am not sure have I done too much too fast.



Last week

I went to the gym 5 times. I counted that I did around 7,5 hours exercise plus all that walking or cycling to the gym. Not bad, eh?

This week I have already went there every day. If I keep doing this for a month, it would be huge surprise if I didn’t see any results.



I started to go to gym

Yesterday I did Zumba and today I am going again. I try to go there at least 3 times a week. And something really unexpected happened to me yesterday: when I was waiting for the Zumba class to start, I started to talk with this one girl. We both started there yesterday and after awhile we decided to go to classes together. So I am meeting her today as well :)

So now I have at least exercise buddy and who knows maybe I even got new friend :)



Darn!

I called the gym and they said that I cannot use that 3 months membership card that I bought cos the offer was only to new members and I already have once visited them. It sucks big time cos last time I only had 10 times card and now I would have unlimited 3 months there. And I already got excited going back there again. She said to me on the phone that I would have used the card to become full member there, but that would have mean that it would cost way too much for me.

So now I am asking if any of my friends would like to buy the card from me or I have to claim the money back from them.



Hmm

Even though I am right now very short on money, I just bought myself 3 months membership card to gym. I got that card via City Deal, and I hope that there won’t be any problems since it was only to new members and I have been a member there earlier. Though I am not member there right now so I guess they would think me as a new member.
