make a difference

I just came home from donating blood. It was my 6th time :) I think everyone who is able to do this, should do it! You never know when you need donated blood yourself. And the blood you donate, might save someones life.

I should pay more attention to products I am buying. Organic, not tested on animals, local etc. I don’t have always the luxyry to chose, but when ever I have, I should.

I hope more people would join me with this goal. This world can be better. It’s up to us.

When you go shopping and buy something, refuse nicely the plastic bags they offer. Instead of taking them use your own sustainable fabric bags. When you don’t take or buy plastic bags you help making the movement that plastic bags aren’t good. If you have to take or buy plastic bags, you can reuse it several times, so don’t just trow it to garbage.

Maybe someday they stop doing plastic bags cos people don’t need them anymore :)
