I’ve changed the title from “exercise at least three times a week for one month” to “exercise regularly” because a) it’s been more than a month, and b) more people are doing the latter, which I figured would help with motivation.
All three of my regular weekly activities (trampoline, tap, Highland dance) are over now so I need to find my own activities. Since the end of the term, I’ve managed a good walk about once a week. So now I hope to increase that two three times a week.
A previous walk took place on Wolfe Island, which was really nice and relaxing, so I hope to do that again—preferably with friends. D and I made plans last week that never panned out. Let’s tentatively plan for this Friday (i.e. when I won’t be going to the Ban Righ Centre).
