And now, my cat usually paws at my face enough to wake me. Unfortunately, her internal clock isn’t consistent, so she’ll do it any time between 6 and 10! Oh, well.

I’ve been neglecting 43things out of shame that I haven’t even managed to do this one task. In all fairness to myself, developing a routine has been really difficult for me my entire life.
As I see it, my sleep irregularities are the most significant problem in my life. My sleep has been all over the map for the past few weeks; I’ve fallen asleep at noon, 6pm, midnight, 2am, 4am, 6am, you name it, and woken up at equally variable times. Sometimes I’m awake for two days in a row, sometimes only for a few hours. It’s not healthy at all, I know.
There may be some slight progress on this, though. I’ve been relatively put together by noon and made it out of the apartment (going to the Ban Righ Centre) by 1-2pm two days in a row. By publicly recording it here, I hope to continue the trend for… let’s see… a week. Yeah, a week. The Centre closes at noon on Fridays, so it and weekends are exempt.
Also, unrelatedly, I hope to take my cat out to the park and let her walk around on a leash. It doesn’t really fit my other goals, so I’ll try to fit it into my weekly routine.
Thanks for the cheers even when I was MIA, everyone.
Here’s my general outline. I want to wake up at 9 (with the aid of Clocky, radio and light timer, be showered by ten and begin lunch by 12 on days when I don’t have classes. That alone would be a big step for me.
If possible, I’d like to write in my journal soon after waking up, in order to reflect upon the day before and plan the day ahead.
