...to try this again. I made one batch a while back, with uncertain results. About half the bottles were fine (or at least ok) and the rest were…um…less than fine. I’m not sure why…stale ingredients, equipment or bottles not quite clean enough, karmic payback? I dunno. I’d like to brew a tasty IPA, with a fairly high alcohol content. Something like, say, Sierra Nevada’s Bigfoot Ale. Oh yeah. :)
