Last year was good 2 years ago

but there’s no reason that this one can’t be better! Thanks for the invitation, Christy. I know that we could adopt this goal as individuals, but there’s something nice (and especially appropriate here on 43T) about forming a team to do this.

I know this year holds some major changes for me. We have been leasing a small ranch out in the country, but have decided to buy something. Given the real estate prices in Calif., this means moving back into town, something I swore I would never do.
ha ha, I said “never”...and I know better than to do that!
But we have found a really charming house in the older section of a historic Gold Rush town, so we’ll retain the western character we have been living with. It’s an exciting prospect, buying property, renovating it and making it our own, being closer to cultural opportunities, and having neighbors again.

2007 is going to be an exciting year!
