One week of success at this goal! After two years of (ignored and resented) reminder messages.

I need to start exercising in the morning

Does anyone have a good suggestion about what helped them conquer this one once and for all? I feel like I start out, then I fall “off the wagon” and it’s weeks before I get back on again.

I think working out first thing in the morning is the best plan…has this worked well for anyone?
