Been six weeks since we’ve used Turbulence Training and both my wife are having great results.
The benefits of high intensity interval training, high intensity resistance training and proper nutrition makes it worthwhile.
(So Forget the boring cardio – it doesn’t work!)
I’ve lost 14 pounds, my wife 8 pounds.
Been trying Turbulence Training , and following the guidelines for both cardio and resistance/body weight training. Really feeling the affects of the workout.
The upper and lower body combo without rest is great. i can feel my heart pumping.
Been doing 200m sprints, followed by 200m jog and repeat (for 20 min)...

bought this book turbulence training 3 days ago, and boy great workouts. Combines upper and lower body exercises without rest. The aim is to maximize time at the gym and work the muscle group. After the weights, it is onto intervals, been doing 200m sprint followed by jogging 400m then repeat again.
Great workout.
since the last post, been eating steam food and drinking plenty of water.
Over the weekend, both of us worked out in the morning, and had nice walks in the evening.
Really feel the difference.
