Haven’t decided if I want to attend meetings or do it online. I think there’s a meeting at my school. I hated the leader at the local meeting. He made fun of my daughter.
Because even with regular excercize, I continue gain.
I can see one for free at my school. I’m hoping she will have some good advice for me.
Okay, I have been sticking to Prevention magazine’s 3 week body makeover. I am in the middle of week 2. I’ve been drinking my water. I’m eating by the food pyramid. For the next week I am going to try eating more frequent smaller, meals. (Instead of three big ones.)
I have lost one pound. I am considering doing something drastic, like joining weight watchers, or at the very least keeping a food journal. I was trying to do this just by physical activity but it is clearly not enough.
Which still makes me one pound heavier than I was when I made this goal. But it’s better than gaining. The walking definitely is helping. I can really feel the muscle definition in my calfs.
