I’m certainly better at this than I was, but I still think there is room for improvement. I rarely skip breakfast, but I think I could be eating healthier breakfasts. Part of the problem is still my lack of organisation. Also, I think the days when I have some protein at breakfast I felt better. Just need to think of some easy ideas for doing this without eating too many eggs.

I haven’t skipped any days, but there have been a couple this week when I’ve made breakfast at home but taken it into work to eat. I feel better relaxing and eating at home. The usual problem of getting out of bed too late and not being realistic about how much time I need in the mornings.
Also wondering when I can decide to tick this off? It’s no enough of a habit yet that’s for sure. Maybe if I manage every day until the end of April? Or the end of July?
... a couple of weeks ago. Want to get it in my list of 43things to make sure I keep it up. Before that I would only get breakfast on the days I stayed at my boyfriends.
Having had something to eat each day before work makes me feel much better. It improves my energy levels and my mood. I need to work on managing to fit in a decent breakfast and arriving at work on time, as I am consistently turning up late at the moment. But up to now I was turning up late and hungry.
