3 miles

I ran for three miles this morning. I’m pretty proud of that. :)



I haven't ran

for the last two days, I’ve been way too busy. So today I think I’ll try to run for 45 minutes if I can :)



Day one

I ran for 15 minutes on my treadmill this morning. Then I did 25 crunches. Lets hope I can keep it up!



Prerequisite

So, this is kind of something I have to do in order to reach one of my other goals, losing 20 pounds. Wish me luck!
