Stop worrying about how I look when I am out walking in the morning. No body expects me to be dressed to the nines at that hour.
Walk up to the park as soon as I get up in the morning before breakfast.
I love to go for walks in the evening when it is cool in the summer time but it is not as safe as I would like it to be.
IT seems to me that morning is the time when anyone up to no good would be sleeping. Lots of people out going to work during the commuting hours. The best time to be on foot rather than A car. I should take advantage.
Learn how to pod cast. Get a device for listening to use when going on walks.
I am so discourage that you can not listen to a radio station in peace anymore. There is so much electronic interference as you walk down the street or even through a park or neighborhood.
Get the cheepest Ipod I can find and use it exclusively for this purpose. I won’t feel as bad if it gets lost, stolen or broken.
