fun as I thought it would be….and not totally out of charachter either…but I complied with a few words in the goal…doing something….my wife instead of being happy abput the movie had to make it unpleasant….(I was so surprised!)...But I tried…Anyway, here is the best set of lines from the movie….spoken solemnly

What does it add up to, anyway?

Politicians will make more speeches.

Police and parole boards
will get more blame.

More laws will be passed.

Everybody will pass the buck.

And then, next month, next year…

...the same thing will happen again.

Nearly 40 years before CAPOTE, the 2005 biopic starring Philip Seymour Hoffman, director Richard Brooks cast recently-maligned TV star Robert Blake and Scott Wilson as brutal killers in his film version of In Cold Blood, Truman Capote’s nonfiction bestseller.

To achieve IN COLD BLOOD’s authenticity, Brooks filmed inside the house where the murders took place, and in the courtroom where the murderers were tried. (He also cast six actual jurors.)

But it’s cheating to a certain extent…I remember how cool sitting in on Chelsea’s film class was…so I am going to go see a newly restored version of Truman Capote’s “In Cold Blood” a rather disturbing movie with a score by Quincy Jones…Not really cheating…the fun will be pretending I’m sitting next to her and we can talk about it afterwards…
