It didn't last long........ 3 years ago

but it was worth it…..My debt of the house mortgage….the Visa bill from our furnace replacement last winter..and my daughters school loan debt from us helping her with tuition for her University degree…

All wiped out…..00000000 balance…..

Of course I have new debt…my condo…but it’s all for me….and freedom….....

it will be….when out of the proceeds of our house sale…..we pay off everything….50/50….and I’ll be free….well until I have to pay maininence…and condo payments….

is in sight…..........the only thing left is the house….....and what we owe for my Daughters school loan….....but the house will sell for big $$$$$$$.........so My soon to be ex….can have enough to pay cash for a condo…....we can kill the school loan…......and I should have 35,000 left over for a down payment on a condo…........not a fancy one…......I want to have some money to LIVE and TRAVEL with…..........That’ll work
