Oh, the joy!
I’ve had effort asthma for the last 3-4 years. I didn’t bother training to fix it. But the last 6 months or so, I’ve stopped eating unhealthy Foods, no candy sugar etc. The last weeks I’ve started training for real as well. And today Before I Went home, I stepped on the treadmill just to see how long I could go now, Before choaking myself. I Went a few hundred meters and kept going. 1 kilometer, I thought. I passed that. Should I aim for two? I checked my body. No signs of asthma.

not only did I manage to run 2 km, I did it easily in less than 10 minutes, which is some kind of line for healthy/not so healty people or something. From now on, I’m going to increase the speed and compete with myself.
For the first time in my Life I’m excitet about training and running. For the first time in life I can run, and Keep running. THAT FEELING!
