So, I got my first essay score for the ILM course and got 79%! So quite please with that. Also completed my first CIH essay, but had to take 3 days leave to get it completed on time!

Currently undertaking the ILM (institute of leadership and management) level 3 training this year (9 month course) and a masters in Housing (4 year course part time). After promotion in October, can’t go any higher without managing a team. So once done ILM course can start looking at potential roles. Hopefully opportunities arise within current company as really enjoying it so far.
