I can now play 5 cords. G, A, D, EM and A7 I cant put them into a song yet but I can go between them slowly and I’m glad my finger has stopped being retarded and has started to form proper shapes. Maybe this week I’ll manage some proper tunes. Yay!!

Robbie has left me some homework this weekend in the form of my bonny lies over the oceon, shit song but I have to hav learnt it for next weekend so I can play it to him so that will at least make me practice. I tried to do it yesterday but my fingers got really sore. Going to practice again tonight, then on wed and fri so we’ll see how it goes.

Well a step forward with this one got a guitar for christmas and it is really nice. You know how every instrument sounds different well this one sounds beautiful!! So really looking forward to murdering the sound. Struggling to get more then one cord working at a time but it’ll come I guess. Practice practice practice…...

I have been trying really hard to get the chords down and I know that its not going to happen over night but I have been really struggling to do some of them cause my fingers just aren’t big enough for some of the chords. Plus they do this funny thing when I try to seperate them and the just don’t move. Its like they’re ignoring me. Luckily Robbie is there to ensure me that it took him 6 months to be any sort of good so theres something to lookforward to.

Yay, something that is actuall progressing. I got a loan of one of Robbie’s guitars and have been trying to learn the cords. So far I have mastered 4, I cn’t go between them and I can’t remember anymore but I think its a start. Robbie has told me the groupds of cords to learn and says that if I can learn them then he will teech me loads of songs and then I guess its just practice!! Very excited!!
