I still don’t exercise every day, but three times a week, I walk or ride a static bicicle. Usually, when I start doing it, it’s not so great, but once I’m done, feel terrific! Alive, awake, good… I have more energy and I feel healthier.. Although I haven’t lost any weight… :)

I admit it: I can’t exercise on a daily basis with my type of schedule. I just can’t. So I exercise whenever I can. I do Yoga once a week and 40 to 60 minutes walks whenever I can. I have been very successful with this! :) Currently I walk more or less twice to three times a week. :) I’m going to buy a Yoga matress to practise more often :))))
I suppose I’ll have to establish a new dead line because I’m not meeting this one… I decided after thinking a while about this that in order to boost my energy I should exercise more.I should do something that would tire me phisycally, but relax me psychologically. Like running or riding my bike. This hasn’t been happening: sometimes I have to go earlier to work, some other times I’m just lazy, some other times I’m travelling. I really need to find a way to make this happen, because I remember that when I exercised everyday I had a lot more energy and did a lot more things throughout theday. And I felt better. So… I’m restting my star and my finishing date. But not now. I have to find a sport clas first. :S Damn…
