It started not as a weight loss program but as a liver-aid program. My liver has been killing me with headaches and funny reactions that are really annoying.
Because I didn’t have the usual “20 pounds over is not going to kill me, screw it” excuse, I put uo with feeling PMS for two whole weeks when I was adjusting to the lack of food, especially meat, dairy and carbohydrates.
Now I feel very well, more energetic and I’ve lost a lot of volume. The only thing missing, really, is going back to my good old sporting habits which I have incidentally abandoned, yet again… :)
