I’ve already lost about 15 pounds, and my goal is to lose another 10-15 this fall to have lost a total of 25-30 by 2011. No strict diets or exercise regimens, just trying to be more physically active and eat healthier. For most people, that’s all it takes. Good luck everyone! Stay positive.
