i dunno whether people do this here or not, but i figure i’ll just post any ab work i do towards this goal?
so, trying to watch my eating, i have about 10lbs to lose. I split my core work into two today
first part was my favourite giant set of 16 crunches x 11 different positions all done consecutively and then straight into 32 bicycles. then a rest (to enjoy the killer burning :D) and then 25 jackknifes.
thenn the second part was 2.5 mintue plank and then 40 leg lifts ( oh man i was proud, i was only planning on 25, and i’m part way through thinking.. i used to be able to get through 40 of these so i tried and made it :D but oh snap it burneddd :)
