I should be feeling better in 3 months… by then the days will be nice and long.

It’s getting darker and colder and I’m getting moodier and sadder :( I can feel an anxiety attack coming on right now.

I’m going to have to remember to walk outside whenever possible, especially on sunny days, try not to eat sugar, etc. Five months to go!

So my depression is over. I’m super stressed out about the end of the semester because I have SOOO much work but I’m looking forward to the summer a lot!

If I could just find a job that doesn’t make me miserable (I am through with trying to learn to like my job instead) then things will REALLY improve!

I think I was pretty good this winter, about eating right, excersizing, taking my vitamins and getting enough sleep. It seems like it helped. Also having early morning classes instead of afternoon ones forced me to wake up earlier and experience more daylight.

I’m counting down the days till spring! Until then, I’m trying to remember to eat lots of produce, excersize, get up early, and take B vitamins.
