i understand that its a hella long time since i’ve been here to do.. update or even think about this site. but here i am.. not sure if this is for a moment or for a while. i do appologize…
morning walks are something that i wanted to tell myself that i didn’t need or really want. and i was doing it for a while until the summer heat got me. there are a few reasons why i feel the need to almost force myself to do it. but for now i will keep those to myself. perhaps i will get new walking shoes for christmas.

i’m not a quitter, really… but let me tell you i am not an early bird, i have been a night owl since i was 2. i mean my parents wouldn’t let me take naps because i wouldn’t go to sleep at bed time otherwise. in highschool i had to be out of the house by 5:15 that was killer for me, i would fight to be awake at school. i’d come home and nap from 2:30 until dinner around 5:30 or 6 but then i would be up until 2 or 3 but even when i went to bed at 9 i couldn’t stay awake all day.

i do get up early now for what i’m doing but i just can’t force myself out of bed, into clothes and out of the door before i have to be. i mean my current morning routine is my alarm is set 30 minutes earlier than i need to be up in time to get ready and leave… i hit snooze 3 times, each time being a bit more awake after it until i can lay and keep my eyes open.

perhaps one day but for now it’s not something i want to have to force myself to do. i want it to be something i want to wake up for.
