another goal of mine is to get my first job. another is to lose weight. i think these 2 goals-and others-lean against whether i sleep normally. if i go to bed at 4 a.m. and get up after noon, i don’t have time to accomplish much. i need to go to bed no later than 11 and get up by 9. maybe then i’ll have natural energy not triggered by diet pills and vitamins and i’ll want to do something.
