list 25 things I think are beautiful

rows of anything. i love driving down the highway and seeing rows and rows of half-built houses from behind. i love full rows of cars in parking lots, trees in forests, doors in hotel hallways. wow. i just f-cking love it.

i like the idea of mapping out a place where someone, for years, will live and exist. it’s a weird type of control. some material god. i don’t know what i mean. i just like controlling the edges of a haven.

i’m actually really afraid of insects, but this one is weirdly fascinating to me. ever since the shot in the rules of attraction (where a praying mantis is crawling over james van der beek’s face), i’ve thought they were gorgeous.
