a)i think the most important thing is to always commit to it,and this commitment requires high motivation.
b)i should learn time management,dont waste my time more,and have a daily program.
c)i must belive that i can do it.

b)becuz i like to look bigger,better and more athletic.its so important for me to look realy good.it has very strong influence on my self-confident.and its obvious if i keep the workout regularly,i’ll get the result!

Consistent training (more than twice per week, for 12 weeks) can provide such benefits as:
• Increased muscle fiber size
• Increased muscle contractile strength
• Increased tendon strength
• Increased ligament strength
