wow,although today there was so much temptation and everything ready for fallin,but i could overcome it and i escaped from it to here!i fell so good:-)

d)never give up.

well from today till 29 of esf(for to weeks)i wont mastubate.or i’ll confess what i did on my facebook.i swear i will.

its day 20.im so so gratefull to my god.i feel really good,ifeel free,im proud of myself and proud of my god.i never let this good thing to break.

well i was awfully tempted todat but i didnt do it,i was home alone and everything was ok for doin it but i could overcome it and im so proud of myself.now that i pass today i feel more confident and i think i can pass safely from the safe situations in future:-)

it’s day 4!& not a bad progress as first step.because i know it will be a long way.i thing now that i set my goal to stop for 2 weeks im more motivated and feel more strengh:-D
it may work for you other guys to set a priod of time for being out of it.pray for me.10 days left.god help us all.

whatever happens i will not do it 4 tow weeks.no matter how tempted i get i wont fail.i promise to myself & iknow i.m strong enough 2 do it.
