just an update guys after 2 months… i finally started losing weight over the summer and have got down to 234 lbs. as a low. however i cant seem to lose anymore then this. im still trying! :)
ok guys so summer is here and i was trying to really lose weight over the summer, but now im eating more then ever! please help more w/ coments :(
I have struggled against my weight problem and today i just could not help myself. I went to the store after school and bought 3 candy bars and a large slurppy. I just lost it please help me.
This goal is hard.
I have worked for several months to try and lose weight but instead i have gained. If I stray a little bit it falls in to disaster. I now weight 300 lbs.
so i havent been keeping track of my weight lately and i now weigh 250lbs (again). i just lost it and now im back where i stared help me please.
i have lost 20 lbs and now do 30 sit ups a day in bed. i have lost enough weight that i can do this.
ok so ive been doin good 4 the past week but 2day i went to mc donalds and i had like 3 quarter pounders and a large frise and i completly forgot my diet and now i feel to horrible! help
so a lot of people r wondering how i got so fat and the reason is in 7th grade me and my friend had a bet that who ever gained 40lbs first would get paid 40$. it was cool because i won and we did it again. well i won again and then at the same time i stopped playin football and so i gained even more and thats why im so fat 2day. and its a lot harder losing then gaining. so yes u could say that i was trying to gain weigh for a wile.
